We’ll also explain the details of your warranty coverage, ensuring you understand the protections and maintenance requirements moving forward. This provides you with peace of mind and helps you familiarize yourself with your new home before moving in.
2- Closing and Move-In Day
The big day has arrived—your new home is ready! On closing day, we’ll complete all final paperwork, and you’ll officially become the owner of your beautiful new home. 3- 90-Day and 11-Month Customer Care Follow-Up

Additionally, we provide an 11-month follow-up to inspect the home before the end of the first year.
