How Long Is a New Home Warranty?

How long is a new home warranty? With Vazquez Family Builders, coverage lasts up to 10 years. Our 2-10 builders warranty on new homes works in three layers: 1 year of workmanship coverage for items such as drywall, paint, cabinets, countertops, roof covering and flooring; 2 years of coverage for distribution systems including plumbing, electrical wiring and ductwork; and 10 years of protection against qualifying structural defects. The warranty is included with every new construction home at no extra charge. Keep your warranty documents handy, and if something isn’t right, submit a warranty request and our customer care team will follow up.

What does the 2-10 Warranty Protect?

The 2-10 Buyers Warranty offers three levels of coverage for your home. Here’s a breakdown of what each level includes:
