Registering Your Client Is Simple

Our realtor co-op program keeps things simple. Register your client in advance using our Prospect Registration Agreement, available from the Information Center at the location of interest. When your buyer is new to Vazquez Family Builders and you accompany them on their first visit, the published selling office commission is paid at closing, as long as the registration process is followed. From there, you can tour move-in ready homes together, compare floor plans and homesites, or explore building on a lot your buyer already owns. Our team keeps you updated through contract, construction walk-throughs and closing. Working with an investor client instead? Our VFB Investors sales partner program is designed for that.

Accompany Your Buyer Today

When you personally accompany a new customer to one of our communities on their first visit and register them, you can be confident that the published selling office commission will be paid at closing. This is contingent upon following the Prospect Registration Agreement process, ensuring the customer has not previously visited one of our communities or directly contacted us through phone calls, online submissions, emails, or other inquiries, and that all other required conditions are met.

Existing Customers

If a current customer contacts Vazquez Family Builders directly without a Broker or if the Broker fails to register the customer with complete information, the Broker will not be considered the initial source of contact or the cause of the customer’s visit, and therefore will not be entitled to a selling office commission.

Future Clients

A buyer’s prior contact with Vazquez Family Builders will take precedence over the Broker’s registration of the buyer, as outlined above. If the Prospect Registration Agreement was not completed before the customer’s initial contact, our registration policy has not been met, and the Broker will not be entitled to a selling office commission.
