How Our Warranty Service Works
Our new home warranty service is designed to be easy. Step 1: at closing, you’ll receive your keys along with your warranty information, and we’ll review how coverage works during your warranty walk-through. Step 2: if an issue comes up, submit a warranty request online with a description and photos. Step 3: our team reviews your request, schedules service and follows through until the work is finished. We also check in at 90 days and 11 months after move-in, so small items are caught early. As a new home builder with warranty coverage on every home, we want you to enjoy your house, not worry about it.
