Models Elite Series: Luxury New Homes in Florida

The Models Elite Series is our most spacious collection of luxury new homes in Florida. Plans range from about 2,240 to 3,570 square feet, with 4 to 5 bedrooms, open-concept living areas, gourmet kitchens and private master suites. Many plans add a den, a junior suite or an oversized lanai for entertaining, and select homes offer two stories. You’ll find Elite Series plans in Englewood, Cape Coral, Inverness and Ocklawaha, and many can also be built on your own lot. Every home includes our standard upgrades and a 2-10 warranty, so the value goes beyond the finishes.
