Registering your client is simple
You can register your client in advance by providing their complete information. Please reach out to the Information Center at the location of interest to obtain a Prospect Registration Agreement. As long as the customer is new to Vazquez Family Builders and has not previously visited one of our communities or directly contacted us, such as through phone calls, online submissions, emails, or other inquiries, you may be eligible for the current selling office commission.
Accompany Your Buyer Today
When you personally accompany a new customer to one of our communities on their first visit and register them, you can be confident that the published selling office commission will be paid at closing. This is contingent upon following the Prospect Registration Agreement process, ensuring the customer has not previously visited one of our communities or directly contacted us through phone calls, online submissions, emails, or other inquiries, and that all other required conditions are met.
Existing Customers
If a current customer contacts Vazquez Family Builders directly without a Broker or if the Broker fails to register the customer with complete information, the Broker will not be considered the initial source of contact or the cause of the customer’s visit, and therefore will not be entitled to a selling office commission.
Future Clients
A buyer’s prior contact with Vazquez Family Builders will take precedence over the Broker’s registration of the buyer, as outlined above. If the Prospect Registration Agreement was not completed before the customer’s initial contact, our registration policy has not been met, and the Broker will not be entitled to a selling office commission.
